Recharged the ac and dug into my flapper door issue, seems like the linkage came apart on the flapper door because the rod going through the assembly that flapper is mounted to has come loose on the passenger side of the assembly. Does anyone have a diagram of how that all should be assembled?

No the servo is good, it appears to be part 26, it came disconnected somehow on the right side opposite the servo. Because of the servo arm came disconnected. I should be able to fix it once I get the door back in place
Ty for the diagram its gimma be a big help

it seems like the door has come loose where the arrow is pointing to, this has caused the circled black pin to pop out. What im hoping is that i can get the door back where it belongs without having to tear the entire dash out

Door is still on the shaft, I was able to set it mostly where it belongs, and reconnected the linkage but the far side its still not where it belongs. Its it possible to get to the passenger side of the box without pulling the dash?

not sure. from the looks of it they are covered up. perhaps if you have heater core cover to remove you might find the other end thru there.

bad move.

scored me a snap-on mt2500 scanner with cartridges for 96-2001 gm, ford, chrysler and the fastrak troubleshooter. has 16 personality keys as well as the cable and three interfaces for obd-2, gm-1 aldl and a nissan one as well. obviously not all the stuff that the kit originally had but i paid $160 for it. it reads abs so far but not looked into functional test command yet. it will read pcm stuff but i have 411 pcm so i fiddle the vin setting on scanner and i have functional tests of 411 pcm as well can alter state or iac, fuel relay, egr, a/c relay, evap, case relearn, fuel trims and a host of other things.

thanks i think i will pick up maybe the obd1 cartridges since i have the adapters. at least the gm one anyway. not likely to spend money on ones i won't ever use. nice to have a scanner with mode 8 control.

damn thing has a light pin/knock/tap sound yesterday. in sync with engine speed. kinda feels like a cylinder is effected and for what might have been a brief moment i had a minor power kick so i think i am dealing with a lifter issue. will tell over time as i get into the issue. need to inspect my spark plugs for damage anyway.
