got a new door check strap for the rear cargo door.

there is a e-clip that holds that pin and bushing together in the strap and on the hinge on the body. An e-clip that lmc wants to charge $18 for. What a rip-off.

Got her (many) codes scanned today. Good lord, I'm in for quite a ride with this thing.
P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor (daunting)
P0141 - Sensor heater malfunction, Bank 1, Sensor 2 (typical)
P0122 - Throttle Position Sensor low input (Replace sensor?)
P0414 - EGR (ugh, can't I remove that?)
P1351 - ICM (Could be false code triggered by other problems)

What's funny is that even with all these trouble codes, she runs great until warmed up. lol.

it can happen but not always. sort of hard to explain but kinda how you exterior lighting acct weird when a ground is not right. but by all means if you you can probe or have a scan tool that can read like i have then you should be able to see what the reference outputs are pushing.

I could do basic troubleshooting of the signal by probing the wires coming into the sensor to make sure that there's voltage coming in, and that it's not reading an open circuit on ground, correct?

yes but you would have to disconnect the connector and test thru the terminal. you cant exactly back probe the connectors used these days. unless you have wire puncture test probes.

Rough country add-a-leafs in the back, and rough country leveling keys up front. Ended up with 1&3/4 inches and it's awesome down the road!

Put some new AC Delco spark plugs in. Definitely needed it based on the visual inspection on the removed ones. They were pretty well used. Nothing out of the ordinary, but well used. :)

Now I just need to figure out where that "knocking" sort of sound is coming from..
