Thanks man, I appreciate it

Thanks for the link. Mine has been dangling for months now, thinking how the heck am I going to fix this without damaging the glass.

It’s cheap, easy and works. This kit provides the structural bond and conducts electricity. You need both to make the tab reattachment work.

Good to know. Thanks again. I'll be ordering this stuff tomorrow.

I did nothing but run back and forth to the parts store the last couple days.

I feel your pain man, hopefully its all squared away now.
Working on anything in particular?

My son decided this weekend was a good time to put a Edelbrock Performer intake and cam kit and timing chain set in his 90 GMC Sierra, so we are getting all the odds and ends to freshen up stuff while we are under the hood.

Nice, I love it when Dads kick in to help. I just hope the weather is nicer than some other parts of the states. Its freezing here.
I actually just got my heads in yesterday, looking forward to figuring out what I'm going to do with them haha.

Had to get a jump start this morning. Battery tester read 70% on the battery. Getting a new one when it warms up a bit.

Man, I hope it lasts until the weather clears.

^This weather sucks! I don't remember it ever being so cold for this long in CT.

I'm with you 1000%, I cants stand this weather. Its just plain ridiculous.

ya I think I tried that stuff before on my nbs it worked for a while then it came off again, I am putting this Loctite on afterwards to keep it on permanently as a exterior coating that will bond to the glass (supposedly)

There's one more product out there, I think. @Rocket Man..?

I get to enjoy replacing my driver-side valve cover tomorrow thanks to a pretty decent leak running down the backside of my block. Going to replace the passenger side as well to ensure no further leaks... Yay me! Lol

At least it being lowered will make this job that much easier on your back. Oh, wait a minute, it's currently lifted, yeah? :p

You gonna replace it with the upgraded design that helps with oil consumption?

Had this cable from the defroster pop off today, it’s been very cold the past week. Solder it back on?
