What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Upgraded to 22" replicas. Before, during and after pics below along with story...but I do have a question for anyone running 285/45/22 on this body style...what PSI do you have? I put them at 35

So with my state inspection coming up in September I knew I'd need new tires, and two of my TPMS sensors were bad as well. So I was figuring over $700 for 4 with 2 new sensors and mounting/balancing. Looked on LetGo and found these 22" chrome replicas with pretty decent tires for $500. Some light scratches and one of the tires has been plugged but I'm calling this a deal considering I had to get new tires and what I was able to get for less.

Now I need to figure out what to do with my OEM 20"s. They're not in the best shape, NY Winters have not been kind, any idea if they even have a value since they're OEM?

Lol. Had a buddy in high school with a 69 goat we used to roll through the mall and set off all the alarms. Got pulled over once and the cop says "your car is a bit loud, isn't it?" Obviously looking for a real reason to get us in trouble. My dumbass buddy says "Yeah, I made it that way." facepalm.

Wait...is that stock? On my Silverado I have to use a prop rod because there was nothing to hold the hood up because I assumed the springs were removed due to wheel tubs. Do the NNBS SUV’s use a strut with hinge springs or what?

Yes, there is a nub on the hood and a nub on a bracket on tge firewall

And for some reason i feel likevthe pickups didn’t have it

For some reason there is no bracket on the firewall neat the engine ground on pickups....iirc

just the gas cylinder as far as I know, I think mine was shot when I bought the truck as well, you will see the little ball to connect it to under the hood if so
