And the thought of tearing this thing apart again = dread.
I spent a few weeks on this the first time around.

And i cut my self off from any beer intake for about 1 month!
0 mistakes i said.

So i feel good about the work i performed, but it's always one of those "while I'm in there" tasks you skip that get you! :banghead:

Lack of beer...yep, there's your problem...

Drivers seat was in need of major overhaul. I ordered replacement OEM leather for seat and back as well and both foam cushions. All in all cost about $300 for OEM leather and $250 for the foam. ****** thing was I had to leave the seat in cause the bolt didn’t want to come out. Wasn’t to bad. After foam came out I realized the metal lumbar support piece snapped. Couldn’t find the plate itself to replace. Found the entire assembly but with 220K miles on her, wasn’t worth the $350. Over all stoked on way it came out and feels like a new seat again.

You did a great job especially considering you did it in the truck. I’ve done them out of the truck and that’s hard enough.

Nice job. I just had one of the upper back springs pop loose on me this past week. Made a hell of a racket rattling around against the metal plate. I was able to pop off off the rear seat pocket panel to access it. The hole in the metal plate the spring was attached to also cracked and the spring slipped out. There were other holes close to it so I just moved it to another one and all is good.
