What Design/Convenience features (or lack of) annoy you?

I'll start


1: No illumination FOR THE DIMMER SWITCH... did someone @ GM just forget or what? Everything else is illuminated except the control for the illumination level!

2: No one-touch-close on the sunroof... I'd take one-touch-close over once-touch-open anyday. Plus it would make adding autoclose to an alarm hyper-easy.

3: I have to admit I miss how German cars will close the windows and sunroof when using the door key or remote.
I find about once week I have to get back in because I find out someone left a window cracked open or the sunroof was in vent mode.

Aux inputs on factory stereo....I wish they'd have installed them back in '03.

Trailer brake controllers...These should have been standard equipment on all fullsize trucks and SUV's years ago. I know it's an option on the new ones, but it took too long.

Another biggie for me...Jack storage and the cheesy jack itself. Come on GM, at least give us a decent jack that goes high enough and isn't impossible to use. Don't get me started on putting the thing away...like a ******* Rubiks Cube in that little compartment.

I wish I had a grab rail on the front passengerside pillar insted. Where they are locateds now are awkward for people trying ton use them. To be more specific, my parents, which are not very limber

Okay, **** it, I'll play:

-Every button is made of scratch off ticket material.
-Front seats don't recline to "pimp" mode (aka "I'm ******* tired and just wanna lay back" mode)
- "Old *****" style sloppy steering
- Rear brake lock up, just for thinking about stopping quickly.
- Chevy corsica sized brakes (while we're at it)
- Too smart for it's own good rear seat fold down design. (aka dumb)
- Parental control style off the line pick up.

On the bright side, I do like my truck.........but like my old man said: "If you want it done right, do it yourself!" I take that as: MOD THAT *****!

Really crappy brakes /park brake.Lettering that rubs off of controls,soft shift into 2nd,back door key lock plugged up with road crap,faster electric windows and everything else mentioned BUT I would buy another one.I have a 2000 Tahoe LT 5.3

The front seats not being able to recline all the way when your tired and want to nap...that pissed me off... but a 15 minute mod solved that problem...now they do!

My brakes are amazing...havent had problems with that...

the stupid rubberish coating they put on the Denali Center Consoles....it rubs off and makes your truck look like SHIT!!!!

The fact that GM STILL uses discs for their navigation....thats old technology....time to get up to Par GM...

The lack of an underhood light in the 03s

lack of hatch/window release on dash like stated above

weak window motors

One touch Auto Down is kool for the windows...but Auto-UP would be nice too (Safety issues with that though..so its understandable)

My heated front and mid row seats are nice...but heated AND cooled front and mid row seats would be even nicer

For my 07 its;
1. Rear window not going all the way down.
2. Lack of a button to pop the rear liftgate/liftglass.
3. The useless bottle jack I will never use.
4. The ******* squeaks/rattles it makes.
5.The retardded headlight design that makes it hell just to change a bulb.
