Have this Westin Ultimate Bull Bar mounting kit laying around.
The part # is 32-1241 and says it fits 99-03 silverado/sierra 1/2 ton. It has everything you need to mount a bull bar to your truck.
The kit is brand new, except for some scratches on one of the brackets from me being an idiot and not realizing how to mount it.
