As promised here are a couple quick and very dirty shots of the Tahoe in the Discount Tire parking lot after I got my TBSS Rep 22s (competition Gray) installed. The truck is due for many more "SS" mods that are sitting in the garage waiting for paint/installation but for now this is a little sneak peak of what is all to come.

After much debate I went with 285/45/22s b/c I wanted zero rub and not too much meat. I think they came out perfect with the 2/3 drop.

Here is how it sat before on 24s. Now I gotta sell 'em. (will only sell locally)

Thanks again Tony (Norcal SS) for a speedy purchase and always answering my never ending questions.

Good job Gerod.
Both look good but I like the SS ones better, too bad they don't come in a 24.

My thoughts exactly. 22's look a tad small on these GMT900 trucks. With them being a no lip flush 22 they do appear "bigger" than most 22s I've seen however these in 24s would be perfecto. Tony get on it lol

Thanks man. Now all it needs is some big ballin brakes like on your rides and I'll be set ;)

Truck should go into paint shop to get roof rack completely shaved/painted along with painting bumpers/grille etc by the end of this week. Just waiting on one more part to get here. Stay tuned.

Time for a lil tease of the update....pics will be here soon

Truck is at Kustom Werx. The "appearance" part of the SS Conversion will be complete next week.

Truck is getting SS bumper cover & side skirts sprayed/installed, Grille Surround colormateched Competition Gray, SS black mesh installed, Roof Rack shaved and resprayed, and some interior goodies colormatched as well.

Brakes are in route and next comes either motor swap to 6.2 or supercharge what I got...or both...muuuahahahhaaaaa lol

Go with the supercharger alone. Throw some L92 heads on and a TVS-1900 and call it a day. :)
