TAC control module performance P01516 Need Help

After getting all my new wiring and add on's installed I'm now getting
this P01516 code : Throttle Actuator Control TAC

I can't seem to find the part at all for this online for my 2014 Denali

Although it would be a Big coincidence if this is really the issue.

I installed a painless 3 circuit add-a-fuse panel to power my :
2 gauges- AFR and Boost
Remote Fan Switch to Control my newly added Derale Trans Cooler w Fan
Snow Performance Meth Injection Kit

To do all this, I did have my power module totally out - it's the one by the EBrake Pedal
and has the 3-4 plugs on each side plugged in front and the 2 huge plugs and 1 small one in the rear
I removed this to get to the grommets in firewall to route my wiring thru...
I tried following the wiring right from the throttle pedal, but I can't tell which "plug" it is

If anyone has suggestions, let me know. It doesn't always trip the CEL right away.. And
as soon as I clear the code it runs normal ... until it trips the CEL again

I did some research... Here's what I found out:

Gm does make an updated Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor...
it is the whole pedal assembly that has two sensors/potentiometers in it
GM 23362231 It apparently cures some of lag in the pedal feedback to the ecm
I "don't" think this is my issue as it showed up after I did the electrical work
Figured I'd share this info as some may be experiencing the 'dead pedal' effect
at initial tip in and might help somebody.

I'll keep searching for my issue, but it must be related to one of the
plugs that plugs into the bcm distribution block that's behind the E brake pedal that
I had disassembled to gain access
