Please help. P1516 and p2135

About 6 months ago my 2007 Yukon service stabilitrak lit up and I was accelerating but not going anywhere. I shut the engine off sat for a few minutes then it started right up and ran like a champ. This happened 2-3 times over the next 6 months. I did put the OBD ll on it one of the times and it had code 2135 but went away. Last week I took electric tape and started taping the wire harness where there was nothing on it. The next day it went into limp mode with code p2135. I unhooked the negative cable for 10 minutes then it started and ran good. No CEL. When I drove it a couple of days later it kept going into REP with the p2135 code. I had to leave the OBD ll connected to keep clearing the code for it to go. The next day I drove it it did it again but this time had codes p1516 and p2135. I can't afford to start throwing money into it blindly. Do you think it could be a wire since it started doing it constantly after putting the electric tape around the wire harness? I have read so many stories of people replacing the throttle body, the TAC and the throttle pedal just for it to be a ground issue or wire broke in the pigtail of the tps connector. Please start me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.

Yes I am the one working on it. I'm going out now to start checking the things you suggested.

I had it running, asked my friend to shake the pigtail off the connector, when he did the engine shut off and he was zapped by one of the wires. I cannot find any breaks in the insulation. It shocked him somehow though. Opinions please.

umm,,,, pictures of said location with nothing on it???
your codes are throttle body related, there should be no bare wires, unless you mean where there is no factory wrapping around the harness that connects to the throttle body.
