Does anyone know with 100% certainty if a 4x4 rear sway bar will bolt up to a 2WD rear?? My buddy has a 96+ that had some damage, the rear bumper and sway bar are mine if I want them, I don't want to rip it out if I know for sure it won't fit, know what I mean. :hands:

Dude 6-bolts and you have a sway bar. While your a it upgrade to poly bushing. I had a sway bar from a 2 dr into my 4wd bet you can do the same! Difference will be night and day since your truck isn't equipped with one.

retorq,
If its a freebie, its worth it. You can "make it" fit. Though, I'm pretty sure it'll work.

ocelot,
I have a Helwig rear bar, completely bolt on. Well worth it in my book. You could always go to a local pick-n-pull and try to find a stock one, not sure how much luck you'll have with that though.

So the two doors do not have a sway bar from the factory. Sorry, new to this truck but just assumed it had one.
