Lift Spindles Installed

Hi there folks,

I wanted to make this thread to give folks a visual of lift spindles installed on this platform and help folks along the way when deciding a lift and wheel combination.

I am by no means the first to do this as there are several folks I know of who have done this prior to me and were inspirations for the build so far.

BTW I don't have a Z71 or a 4x4 but I figured this would best fit in this section, mods please move if this is not the right place to post this.

My setup:
2016 Chevy Tahoe LS

5 Inch Maxtrac Lift Spindles
1.5 Inch Maxtrac Rear Spring Lift
Cognito Upper Control Arms
Suspensionmaxx Extended Sway Bar Links (Front) - debatable if you need or not
Toyo Open Country AT3 295/75/18
KMC 542 18x9 + 0

Just an FYI: when pairing aftermarket UCAs with aftermarket lift spindles, double check with the UCA company to see which ball joints will fit.

I like it for what I need. Maintains the same ride comfort and gives me the clearance to add the bigger tires.

It technically is but it's not as noticeable on a straight road. The picture happened to be taken on a downward slope

That looks really good! Especially with those 35s. What is the front measurement from hub center to top of the fender well? Do you think your vehicle will fit under a standard garage door? Mine is leveled and although I can get 33s on it, no way on 35s. And I like keeping it in the garage and out of the blast of the CA sunshine! LOL.
