I'm thinking about the same swap.

I'm going with a ford dana 60! (although they're hard to find) and a divorced ford np205 t-case and a corporate 14 bolt rear axle. (both 8-lug)

There was a stock dana 60 on ebay for $800 and around $275 for shipping...item number: 330425725863

The problem is trying to find a hella stout front axle and stay with 6-lugs. (unless u've got $3-5K to spend on a custom axle)

I'd be interested in the straight axle conversion and 1/2 ton to 3/4 ton parts conversions. I'm new to this forum so I can't PM you though.
