Anyone ever see anything like this happen? Looks to be stretched out. Tried to push it down and it doesn't seem to have enough space on either end to take up the slack. Any ideas? Body shop to fix or glass shop?

It is always like that. That's how I got the truck. I am really hoping I don't need to buy a whole new glass. If thats the case I will just cut and paste like Doubelelve suggested. I haven't had any rain lately to see if it is leaking, but I don' think it it. I don't have any streak marks in that area.Is it always like that, or only when hot/cold?
What kind of glue should be used? Or silicone maybe. It doesn't leak a drop luckily.I would just slice the precise extra space out with a razor blade and glue it back on
not sure maybe swing by a body shop and see what they use or recommendWhat kind of glue should be used? Or silicone maybe. It doesn't leak a drop luckily.

Just trim it down like @Doubeleive said. Then go from there. Baby steps. Silicone adhesive is a bit acidic. Maybe some weather strip adhesive. Thanks
