RPO Code question & lowering

There are the several RPO codes my vehicle has. I was looking for a more detailed definition so I can understand what they are.

Reason: A friend who is pretty suspension savvy told me that certain Tahoe's/Suburbans can be lowered some by simply reprogramming. This sounds nuts considering I know what it takes to lower a truck. From what I think I know, shocks dont set ride height; coils, spindles, & or torsion bars do.

I plan on doing a 2/3 or 4 drop in the near future and if this is even possible this would make it much easier on the budget.

Tony, if I buy anything it will be from you foresure. Right now the budget doesn't permit. But there is an option to lower the front and the rear a bit with just electronic controls?

the truck wont really lower. nothign to program
