rear brakes

aight seems to have more front but no no rear breaks even tho recently replaced and the e break goes to floor before even slowing down , also nother issue that no one seems to believe after it rains the driver side heated seat comes on by its self any jestions will be presheated for 03 yukon

Need some more info. Year and model would help. Sounds like you have a Christine on your hands

What makes you say no rear brakes? Are the pads not wearing on the rotors? Is it nosediving? If you have new pads, slide pins moved freely and were greased, and the calipers weren't trying to lock up when you compressed them, they should be good to go.
E-brake on mine goes to floor before it will hold you on a hill, but when it grabs it'll hold you and a trailer on an incline.
Heated seat issue i have no clue. LOL.
