Here are the plans with grades added. This, of course, will be field adjusted. Gotta work with what land you have, and we bought some hilly, sloped land.

The good part is, if we add a pool in the future, it's just a retaining wall away. No digging required

One of my estimators/project managers was showing me all the stuff he was doing to his house with Ai and asked if I had a plan sheet he could mess around with.

It's not perfect but it's close enough to have an idea. He used chat gtp or gpt, whatever it's called.

I thought you goobers were some kind of tech wizards when you were sharing cars in the yard and what not...that technology is simply amazing. Took him like 20 minutes to do this. I had no idea it was that easy.

Ai is insane. My realtor did this with my garage for our listing. 1st pic is the status of the garage during pics (chaos). 2 nd pic is ai generated but so accurate.

Edit. The concrete is not nearly that clean

Exactly that. At quick glance I was happy to see it done. But if you really sit down and compare side by side, it was a bad AI rendering. I’ll have to find the pics.

What’s your total under roof sqft? Maybe I asked before.

We’ve trimmed ours way down in an effort to start building sooner.
