Jetblack, you got that 12% instant cash back right? One of the members here is saying that you pay full price and then you get the 12% rebate.

Yeah I think we will see some great discounts when the 17'***** the lots.
They're hitting the lots now so hopefully we start seeing some deals. The dealer in Austin, Covert, is at their all time low discount of $8k. I'm waiting for it to go back up and I'll jump on it. They have 3 Denali XLs that I'm interested in so the odds are good for me. Just waiting on that discount to get a little better.

I bought a 16 Denali XL in July from Covert in Austin. MSRP 75390 paid 63946 (11444 off)
has everything except 22" wheels and the theft package.

I think I did ok, but there was no further haggling.

Edited to fix price

Believe me, I did try to haggle a little more, but they would not budge on that price. also the gmc private offer that I had ($1000 off) could not be used on that deal

Last week, I worked a deal with them for a second one from them for a family member. Same exact options as the one I bought just different color. (denali xl) 20" wheels, entertainment, retractable running boards, hub, adaptive cruise etc.

I did a little better I was able to get 12500 off.

I'm not seeing the crazy low deals like others have mentioned. I think in both deals I did ok. Maybe, Laura could have done better? but this is in austin and it's only a 2 1/2 hour drive.

OKC area, 16 LT 4WD, Lux, Sun/Ent, Metallic, black badges, MSRP: $63,395, paid $54,085 (-14.7%). Had to haggle a lot and present other discounted Tahoes to get to that point. Advertised price started at $59,749.
Got quote for GMEPP 84/100 ($100) so will add that in the next few days for $1750.

I am in Houston, went to Beck and Masten North today, Sticker $81,344, everything on it, they have come down to 12% off MSRP at $71,600. Any thoughts on holding out for 15%? Right now walk out TTL will be $76,600

back in august 2016, 2016 LS 4WD, front captain seat with console,..... MSRP 52k, drove out at $45k, plus they threw in some 20"wheels, cause it had 18's on it... I thought it I did good considering its a 4wd.

2016 LS MSRP 49k. The came down to an out the door price of $44,500 and I received 13k for my trade in on top of that. So before tax title and license, I think the price was around 38-39k. I just haggled. I'm sure they threw every incentive that I qualified for plus it was the last day of the month.

Invoice. That ended up being about 10% under msrp. Factory order.

No time haggling, no time sitting in a dealership playing games.

Could have gotten a better deal I suppose but it was a factory order so I got everything exactly as I wanted it without searching, traveling etc.

[Edit: Denali short WB. $77k MSRP.]

I'm in Cali, so it's not likely that its got a smog certification. But it's interesting information that you bring. I've been focusing on the larger dealers that provide large discounts online like Laura and Dillon (in Boise). I don't mind driving a bit to get a good deal. Your experience indicates that small dealers also want to move units at large discounts at the right time.

Not sure if you're still in the market and where you are in CA but I've also been shopping for a deal and saw Richards Chevrolet in Corcoran has a 2016 LTZ with the 22" wheels for $10k off sticker right now putting it around $63k from what I can remember. Good luck shopping if you still are!

Bought a Blk on Blk 2012 Tahoe with Lux package for 34K with 40K miles from Autonation Chevy here in Largo FL. Nice ride. Previous owner had it deep tinted thus the interior is in great shape for a FL SUV.
