I got new drop shocks...I didnt cut the bump stop though...but, the bump stop will just make it bottom out earlier...it wouldnt make it lower...right?

depends...some members after dropping the rear it rode ON the bumpstops. if you're not ON the bumpstops then yes it should only affect your travel.

I hear the insulator removals will give about 1/2" drop though.

Did you add the sway bar end link adders?

Looks good, but your right, still needs to go down a little more in back. Are those 22's? What size tire?

This thing handles sweet! I like it...it does bounce though in the back now...like a cheaply lowered civic..but only on bumps and dips...but cornering is very nice...still needs to go lower though... the isolators aka rubber pads on top and bottom of spring arent that thick anyways so it wont make much of a difference...I still need to install the 2 inch drop spindles and keys...everything up front is stock, I just undid the torsion bars all the way...

hmmm...how to get the back 2 more inches? (without a body drop...thats extremely expensive)

Well being that you are looking for another 2'' and the isolators are 1/4-1/2 there is 25% of what you're looking for right there. Aside from that the next step is bags and that will set it down quite a bit more. I am gonna bag my rear as soon as I get the $$....... a simple body drop without cutting up your rig will only give you an inch or two tops and is way too expensive than it's worth IMO. Nows if you can do it yourself it's worth it just get shorter body mount bushings I think JK got a set of a blazer or something. It's the labor on a body drop that's gonna drain the wallet.....

Pull those isolators and it should settle, looks good tho. I'm curious to see how much the tires rub once you do the spindles/keys.

Looks tite BLizzard, you said it a 3/5 right?
If you got spindles up front and pulled those isolators you would be set!

Update...I installed the spindles today...and left the torsion bars undone all the way...I can stick my index finger between the driver side front tire and fender but BARELY...passenger side has about 2 finger fit...*but I was parked on uneven surface, plus steering linkage, steering wheel, and battery is obviously playing a part as well*

I still need to install the keys 2moro or tuesday...Im not worried bout the isolators...it'll be too much of a pain to drop everything again and pull them out..

I have NO clue what the lowering specs are as it sits right now...I'll measure from bottom of fender to ground...maybe that will help determine..(front and back)

I have NEVER before had to sit DOWN into my truck lol...or get out and stand UP hahah...I like this

also, I like my 305's still...*till of course, I rip my fenders off..I know the repercussions of tucking with wide tires*

Isos are so easy, stop being a lazy ***** it only takes a minute to rack it and 5 minutes to pull them out. You're gonna pull them eventually, may as well dial that shit up now

No doubt....jzus, you'd think we were talking about dropping the tranny. Jack the ****** up remove a bolt on each shock jack'er up a little more pull the springs, remove isolators.... you don't even need to remove the wheels.

ALso, if this is the level of motivation in our military.........yikes!(just busting your balls, you are much appreciated:grd:

You're not gonna tuck with spindles and keys...........as far as i know(and I could be wrong) tucking means the whole top of the tire is tucked in the fender well, at least ,if not a good portion of the rim. I am pretty sure tuckin 305's with no bags would be a pretty bad idea unless you only wanted to make 15 degree turns from now on......

A) Im riding on my bump stops because I didnt cut them yet..which means theres more drop to be had because the bump stops are holding it up a little...

B) I havent installed the keys yet

C) I wouldnt be tucking like MOB or anything...but the top of the tire would be above the bottom of the fender

lol...we never lowered our humvees...hahaha

it was a ***** to get the springs out...we had to use the spring compressors...but then I realized, I wouldnt have to do that with these new ones..would I? since they are 5 inches shorter...

also, I like the fact that the boots keep it quiet and not metal on metal...can I put something in its place maybe?

Are you sure your hittting the bump stops? Not sure bout anyone else with a 5" drop, but mine only were touching when i had a car load of people or hit a hard bump. Did you trim your stock bumpstops at all? What did you use for rear shocks? When i trimmed my bumpstops, i only had maybe 1.5-2" travel.
