Everyone was giving me shit cuz I lowered my front end... so until I get my suspension kit, I put the truck on the lift, got under and cranked the torsions the opposite way...now the front sits higher then the back...it sits about the same as the pics of it lifted lol...

it rides like ******* SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT...HORRIBLE handling, it shakes and jolts and jobs and barks and everything else with the T-Bars cranked..its slower too...I cant TAKE OFF anymore..probably because the AWD system isnt liking the front wheels being so ****** up and jumping up when I hit the gas lol...

Install pics come hopefully 2moro..if my kit gets in!!

4got shocks too! ;)

Thanks again Tim, I appreciate everything!

I installed the rear kit today...like...3 or 4 hours... :( but its my first time...if I was to do another rear kit for a yukon, It'd be faster!

Also, a guy that worked there helped A LOT...thanks to him!

buuut...time was running short so I didnt bother with the front yet...I'll do it maybe 2moro?

anyways, the back sat down nice...still looking for lower though..hmmm...

I did NOT remove the D-bushings and slide them inward two inches and drill a second hole like it said to on the instructions...is that a big problem? Also, I didnt put the spacer sleeve in for the passenger side end link for the sway bar..it was angled...but didnt seem like it would cause an issue..any advice?

plus, its storming outside with a lot of lightning...so yea...pics will come 2moro though!

Take out the spring isolators-plastic discs in the spring seats(1/2-3/4 more drop), you need to relocate the swaybar bracket so ig clears the panhard on the passengers side. While u hAve it up there cut ur bumpstop brackets off, you can use a swazall.

whats the panhard? and your talking about the two D-Bushings? one on each side? that hold the Sway Bar to the axle?

Right, the sway bar brackets on the axle. The panhard is just to the left of the swaybar on the passengers side:

The sway bar needs to clear this is order for things to work right, if it doesn't it will dig into your panhard or bend the sway bar. It need to clear like this so when the back end goes down the swway bar does not hit the panhard:This is looking up at where the panhard and swaybar meet
P5240212.jpg

These were taken before I relocated my bracket, I had pulled the swaybar over as much as I could without relocating and the driver's side bracket was in the curve of the swaybar. Now that I relocated the bracket and was able to move the swaybar over properly I have much more clearance.

FYI: Your end links should all bolt on the passenger's side in order to move the sway bar to the passenger's side enough to clear the panhard.

This thing handles sweet! I like it...it does bounce though in the back now...like a cheaply lowered civic..but only on bumps and dips...but cornering is very nice...still needs to go lower though... the isolators aka rubber pads on top and bottom of spring arent that thick anyways so it wont make much of a difference...I still need to install the 2 inch drop spindles and keys...everything up front is stock, I just undid the torsion bars all the way...

hmmm...how to get the back 2 more inches? (without a body drop...thats extremely expensive)

did you install drop shocks and do the bumpstop mod yet? that will get you a tad bit lower.
