A memory..... Back in 1980 ( ish )...... I brought our Unlimited Hydroplane to a race in Clear Lake , Texas. I was the first team to show up.... The 'excited ' rental car sponsor for the event, offered their cars to the teams..... Since I was the first to arrive, I asked them, " What is available? "..... They showed me the 4 Lincoln TownCars..... I said, " I'll take them all"....

Oh, my...... between the race site to sponsors places, we treated the cars as a " Cannonball Run" all 4 days..... ( Passing cars in the grass, etc.... ) 2 of the cars had gals, competing " Show us your **** through the sunroof ..... A fun weekend..... ( The famed, Red Adair was on our team for the event..... He had a heck of a house !!

When we moved from Canada ( British Columbia ).... To California, our Dodge 4-door was called a " Plydodge"... Front was a Dodge, rear was a Plymouth. Made in Canada.
