Is a Cantervury University thing here where the students can spend no more than $500 on any vehicle then do it up after a theme & drive to the University of Otago where they get on the piss if the car makes it and trash the place.
Any of these cars that make it back here then become a place of pride for the owner and an eyesore for the rest of humanity.
