Been rough. I lost part of my yard to weeds and grubs during the summer. grrr and my neighbor still after 13 years and 2 owners will not plant grass or any plants. It's full of weeds upwind that blow all over my yard. Would take me a pallet to fix the dead spot. grrrr

No HOA. New owner bought it dirt cheap from original owners.
Basically stole it from them at a low point. Been sitting for about 3 years doing some interior renovations, exterior paint that is almost identical to ours (wife is still spewing about that color and same time coated the Tahoe in overspray) and zero landscape or exterior upgrades other than impact windows. Heard she was going to live in it, rent it or Air BNB like the other side of my house (that's another weekly story of parties). Such a great development with a good community feel in the concrete jungle, but some neighbors are just f**ktards!!!

A coworker had an '01 like that. Standard cab, 5.3 and loaded. We joked about how the bedsides seemed to be made of Fibre-Metal, the same our welding hoods were made of. It was a fun truck with the power-to-weight ratio.
