Not sure it's ever worked right since I got it

On the control rotate knob, I have 1 Lo, 2 and 4 Hi

I do not have 3 ... nothing when positioned there at all. No blower.

Replaced: Climate control (twice), connector shell behind it, ballast resistor and blower motor.

Is there anything else?

There may be damage to the wire or the pin since you’ve replaced the connector already. If the pin is squished (for lack of a better word) there may be poor contact with the blower switch. Try moving the harness around with the control panel still connected, see if it comes on.

The light blue wire is for the #3 blower speed.

While I had this out for the radio/clock issue, I pulled that pin and 'adjusted' it. The wire is slightly discolored for a half inch or so, but doesn't appear to be degraded enough to warrant cutting and splicing.

Quick test with stuff still hanging got the blower working.

We'll see.

Been working fine up to and including this morning. All speeds, smooth changes.

By time I got home ... no blower at all at any speed.

I haven't had time to check for power at the motor itself, but will try that in the morning if is isn't raining too hard.

I'd say go back in and that's where the problem is.

Pulled the cowling again, disconnected and reconnected everything ... working ... for now.

But ... a new ... old issue. See the other thread.
