Been lurking on the forumfor a while, and finally bought a Tahoe. Bought a 2000 Z71. I wasntlooking for a Z71 specifically, this one came up cheap, $1800, cheap. Needs driver's door hinge repair, and a little more detailing. Already ditched the grill guard, stepsand roof rack. Plans are a mild drop, NBS wheels, and to use it as a tow rig. Yes really. My "hotrod" is a LS swapped 88 stepside, the Tahoe is taking over as a daily driver.

It's decent. Front seats have the normal tears that GM pleather has after 19 years. It needs a throughough cleaning.

Welcome from Miami Beach Lon! Great deal for 1800 bucks. In the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area you will not find anything that good for 1800 bucks.

Come on up to North Alabama, I see them going for between 1500 to 3000. You will get high miles, and needing to be detailed. My truck hasnt been maintained so it needs a little work. I've been driving for over a week, and so far no problems. I did find where it failed emissions in Nashville, something about the 02 sensors. We dont have inspections here so it's no problem for me.
