Hijack:

Sun: I got a ticking sound coming from behind my blower motor. I can put my hand back there and there is a flap. I'm guessing that it controls the fresh/recycle air inside the hoe. Is there a easy way to fix that dam clicking sound coming from there??

Raptor: Got any pics of that area??

There was a ton of dirt, leaves, and sticks up against the evaporator. It was atleast %25 clogged up with dirt and no way running at full capacity. I put a whole new blower motor on it also. I'd say it's likely you have something stuck against the blower motor and making the fan tick

Here you go bitchachos. These are basically the rest of the pics that I took during the process. How I took apart the HVAC unit is definitely not the best of most efficient but it worked and I'd know how to do it now. haha.

I cleaned up the hinges and old nasty caked up grease on the pivot points of those spring loaded arms for the actuator and re greased and installed them.

I also replaced all the foam around the top of the HVAC vent, where the HVAC goes into the floor, and around the new evaporator and I went ahead and changed out and refoamed the heater core while I had it apart already. Those are basically all the pictures, hope that they help you guys out!!

So now I need a little help, there is a nipple coming off a round cylinder thing which connects to the heater core hoses and had a tiny hose old and cracked hose coming off it, what does that do and do I need a new hose? Cant figure out where it connected to..
Here is is:

Ok and then here are a few pics of some very tiny but hard plastic lines that run all over the top of the engine. Does anyone have a diagram of where these are supposed to go? I replaced the intake gasket almost a year ago and was never certain that I put them back correctly and this is a good chance to double check. haha. Thank you!!

Okay long plastic hose attaches to nipple on module the pcv does as well. runs across engine to wall mount solenoid then from that the little rubber hose connects to water valve with heater hoses on it. Pcv module is the vacuum supply wall mounted valve is vacuum ccut off valve that lets the water valve open or close off water supply.

Is it me or do I not see where the recirc motor is mounted?
