6L80E laminate swap 08 Yukon

Hey all, need a little bit of wisdom and help here. I got a couple of codes that seem to point to those laminated pressure switches on the transmission control module. So I plan on opening up the tranny and pulling that out, but I don't know if there's anything else I should do while I'm down there and have the valve body out.

Is there anything I should do to upgrade the valve body?
Do I need any o-rings or gaskets to do the job?
Does anybody have a good write up for this?
Does anyone know the torque values for reinstallation of the valve body and TCM?

I've been searching YouTube, but haven't found an in-depth walkthrough of this. On the other hand, I'm a dork and have trouble with searches sometimes lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
