Motor swap

Good Morning Iam trying to figure out if this swap is possible I have a 2007 tahoe 5.3L with AFM and the motor is shot it started off with a bad lifter replaced it got the head re done at a machine shop and come to find out CYL 1 has no compression I was wanting to put a 5.3 from a 2006 I could get the motor, engine harness and computer just wanting to know if this is possible at all or any suggestions i would really appreciate it
