You can have the valve cover off in 10 minutes and get a visual on the action in the #4 intake and exhaust valves. The stuck lifters I have found you could feel far more movement on the rocker arm on that stuck lifter.

Well another update. Figured out the shudder I was low on trans fluid due to a small leak from pan which I have fixed yesterday while doing fluid and filter change as well as oil and filter change while I was under there. Did an exhaust back pressure test and at idle both sides were around 1 psi and at 2500rpms was around 2.5-3 psi. I guess all that’s left is to pull valve cover. From readings I’m thinking stuck/burnt intake valve or lifter issue. I’m 99% sure we ruled out everything else
