Misfire on Cylinder 2, 2007 Tahoe

Cant seem to figure this one out. Getting a p0300 code, random misfire, looking at misfire data, 99% of them are on cylinder 2. No other codes. I've changed the coil, the spark plug, the spark plug wire, the fuel injector, and replaced the intake gasket due to a leak. No change. Its most noticeable at an idle when in drive. In park, doesnt seem to misfire near as much. As soon as you put it in drive, when warm, it starts sputtering.

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it could be valve related. You already knocked out all of the other common ones.

I have the same issue, check compression on it, your cylinder might be out, need a rebuild... That's what my mechanic told me.
