That's pretty normal... My guess would be too much pressure or a TQ Management setting. I'd need to see the tune file. Contact Black Bear if they did the tune. 6L80 transmissions are a pain to tune and even harder on trucks.

cleaned TB and sent them another log, hopefully they will be able to do something with it

Make sure your overfill the transmission by an extra QT. They like extra fluid...

ok thank you, is there any advantages of porting and polishing TB on this truck?

Member of another forum claimed that installing TB spacer resolved his issues with hard downshifting, believe it was on trailblazer SS.

Any restrictions pre blower will make you more power. Hence why I run a 5" intake and 102mm TB. You could toss on an LS3 TB and it would be plug and play, they are pretty cheap. They are 90mm as opposed to the trucks 87mm. You won't notice a ton of HP, maybe 7-10hp but you will notice throttle response.

*spacer shouldn't have anything to do with transmission downshift

93, as it was recommended by SC manufacture

my gas mileage would prolly be worse if i could hear my S/C lol
i can hear a hint of it. already went down 3 sizes on my pulley.
