when I hit the switch I hear the motor but it does nothing.

Is this common or easy to fix? It doesn’t really bother me but I’m trying to knock out the final interior issues.

Edit to add: passenger seat has the same issue

I’ve had three of these trucks, all 98 models, one of which I bought in 2000.

The lumbar in each was all noise and not much else. If you get up close and squint, you can kind of see the back inflating but really couldn’t tell much when sitting.

On the ones that I’ve had, they were never much to write home about. Yours may be working correctly.

Thanks for the input. Not much left inside then beyond cleaning and some foam tape here and there where some rattles drive me nuts.
