Turn down the adjuster links in the rear so there is less distance between the caps or trim the link shorter.

Not much I'd just pop the lower side off and twist it up into the cap, then stuff the other end as far into the lower cap as possible and it should stop filling.

The links can't be shortened but there is another hole on the bracket where the lower part of the liks atttaches. can I just move the link over?

You may have to grind down the links, otherwise I have a set of shorter belltech links I can snail mail you today.

Yeah I have extra sensor link sitting around too, pretty sure they can work as the 00-2010 Tahoes all have the same rear suspension.

Is there a write up on adjusting the bars??? I'd like to do mine as well...

Also is there a write up on removing the autoride completely?

I think I got it to work.. I simply took off the links, popped off one of the ends and trimmed off about an inch and put it back together. It sits just perfect and the auto ride kicks in only if I get a few bodies in it..

when u buy a kit it tells you to bend then at like a 70 degree angle but when i did they broke so i just measured the length they were suppose to be at popped the end off cut it at that length and glued it back on. if i can find the paper i will tell you the correct length they are suppose to be.
