Are there any links or part numbers I should put in? You think 2 inches is too low? Also who could do this for me? I.e. local mechanic etc. Installing light bulbs is a difficult task for me so crawling under my Tahoe would be virtually impossible

I don't believe I have the adjustable suspension. I have the LT Z fully loaded but it is the one built around August 2014. That's before they had the embedded Wi-Fi and phone charging. That being said what would you suggest for a lowering kit for the rear? I don't want to lower it too much just a few inches. I wanted to look as close to stock as possible but just a little bit lower.

can you take a pic of the rear shocks and post it. That way i can see for sure what it is and dial in a kit for you.

Seriously dude, if you can change a tire you can lower the rear. I used the instructions in this vid--no deviations or surprises.

you have autoride so will need my kit.

rear adjustable 1.5 to 2.75 inches
rear my autoride links
rear shock extenders
$250 shipped

extenders and springs are belltech. due to it being adjustable you can dial in the ride height.

how low are people going in the rear if they just want to match the front ride height? 2" sounds like it would make the rear lower and have reverse rake?

NorCal;
How is handling affected? I love the look of the lowered ass end but this thing rides better than my last two bmw's and makes my 2010 tahoe look like a yugo. Yeah, exaggerating but you get what I'm saying. I'd love it to sit lower but I'm worried about feel/handling.

Also, I have an 08 TBSS!
