Lift Keys, 2" Spacers, 33s on 20s

I did new keys in the front of my z71 and cranked them up and used the shock extenders and left stock shocks in. And in the rear I have helper bags that I just keep inflated. Anyone know what part number Bilstein 5100 I should order by anychance? Not to thread jack here.

Thanks for the compliments! I did a denali headlight retrofit with morimoto projectors, euro clear corners, new fog lights, and debating getting led tails. I will post some more pics when I get all the lights complete. For the 5100s, they can be ordered for stock length which would require shock extenders or you can order the longer shocks and avoid the extenders. I highly suggest to order the longer shocks and below are the part numbers with year/model info (repost from previous page).

Front - Bilstein 5100 Offroad Shock: F4-BE5-C153-H0 (99-06 0-2" Lifted Chevy Tahoe shock)

Rear - Bilstein 5100 Offroad Shock: F4-BE5-6682-H8 (94-02 0-1" Lifted Dodge Ram 1500 shock)

Z71/denali/escalade top pic vs. LT/LS/SLE/SLT stock

They are taller and have more coils, about 17.5" to 15". They also handle 800lb more payload. Hope this clears up questions about z71 springs.

What years of springs will work or should I be looking for? I may have found some z71 springs that are supposedly for 2007-2011. Didn't know if they were the same or not.

You should look for 00-06 Denali/Escalade/Z71 springs as they are all the same which they are known as "z71 springs". I have read from a guy on this site who purchased the 07+ z71 springs and they work perfect. I think he stated he got them from ebay for a deal. Just compare the number of coils in the picture to the ones you are looking into, should be the same coil count.

Sweet! Looks great! I should have my new wheels and tires next week! I've got the Bilstien 5100's and leveling kit. Now, just have to find time to do it. My next 4 weekends are tied up with my daughter's travel basketball. May be worthy of taking a vacation day to do it!

What offset do you think I need to get ny tires to stick out alittle. Just did my taxes and getting new rubber. Either 295/70r17 nitto trails or nitto terra grapplers.. not to many choices in that size

For your stock wheels to stick out maybe a 1" wheel spacer. If you want aftermarket then you need to compare the rim width and offset choices. Most of the time you would want a +0mm offset.

For example if you have a XD series 20x9 wheel and they offer -18mm, +0mm, +18mm. The -18mm will stick out about 1.5", the +0mm will stick out about .6", and +18mm will look just like stock.

Yea if you want new wheels then get some that offer a +0mm offset, if your going to keep your stock wheels then look into a wheel spacer. As far as tires are concerned either Nitto Terra or Trail are great tires. I prefer a all terrain tire over a mud tire unless its a fully lifted truck.

+0mm would br the better choice then? Sticks out alittle but not too much where it lookw funny?

So could I just swap the Z71 springs into my 2wd Tahoe?

My Yukon is 4wd and yes you can swap the Z71 springs in your 2wd. If your looking to lift your 2wd just with Z71 springs you will only gain about 1/4" rise. To lift your 2wd drive with Z71 springs you also need a 1.5" lift spacer and 3" lift spindles. Let me know if you need more help.

Dud your Yukon looks awsome i want this kinda lift on my 04 yukon denali with 33". Do you think all this stuff would work on a AWD 04 Yukon Denali?

I went with 2" spacers with my stock wheels and loved it. Looked sick and then switched to 0 offset wheels and it brought them back in to 3/4" outside of wheel well

You can lift a denali with the same keys and spacers. Some say above 2" lift can cause vibrations on the AWD but there are plenty of trucks running level kits with no issues.
