Leaf Spring bushing change

Hello-
One of my leaf spring bushings on the driver side is shot and is squeaking pretty bad. What is the easiest way to swap these out? Can i just loosen the u bolts and jack the truck up so the pressure is off the springs?

If you loosen the u-bolt you will have to replace it at that point. Put the frame on jack stands, a jack under the spring mount, remove the bolt and lower that spring pack a bit to get to the bushing.
