What do you guys think? I kind of like the way they look on there. I may unbolt them to see how it looks without them. But I feel like the chrome trim helps separate it from being just another lowered Tahoe which everyone already calls it a one anyways lol.

I vote to keep them. Otherwise people who are handicapped and pets might have issues getting in and out. Just IMHO.

I say keep them on. I think it has nice lines along the bottom with them and if you take them off, it may throw that off by increasing the visual gap between the vehicle and the ground.

Keep em on. Im going to get aftermarket retractable down the road

I would love some retractable ones, but I have a hard time spending that much money on something like that. If I could find a local person selling some for cheap enough..

I had mine removed for a while, Kinda liked the look it was a tough decision to go to eski boards. Ultimately it helped the kids get in and out so that won the decision over.

id lean towards keeping them.

besides the powered retractable ones arent really good for lowered vehicles.
they go down too far & stick out much further ;)
& can be finicky w/ dust/road grime & such

I took the running board's off last week and like the look or the changed look. I get tired of the way a vehicle looks and need to change it after a few year. Anyway.......what go's in place of the running boards ? A lower rocker panel ?
