Ever heard "Header Ping"? Install a new set of thin wall headers and wonder what that pinging noise is? LOL! I've no clue other than 3 guys and some Hotline Tech are chasing a noise they believe is coming from the transmission. He did say after replacing the pump it was quieter. But now he's just given up and is going to swap out the whole rebuilt transmission. With a new/different TC, pump, and valve body. I believe he uses the PDQ Rebuild Kits. So, I imagine I won't hear from him until afternoon. (PST)

It was just for reference. I wanted to look up their reviews on Google. I understand they are trying to fix their mistake, which has turned into way more now.

It's not a big deal. I was just curious about the reviews. I have moved on since my lunch time boredom. I agree with you, I didn't stop to think how that comment came across. Shops make mistakes and according to the OP, this one has the whole crew working on the rig trying to get it right.
