Zoinkies Markus!
It's $63.69 Stateside, shipped free including tax at one place. I just got one & used PayPal. Everywhere else it’s 2-$300.00.

I’ll let the cat out of the bag since I got mine.

Welp, ez come, ez go. The site above is a scam and has been taken down. I got on the PayPal app and in 2 min, 100% via the App, refund processed in 4-5 days. Painless

Got the $64 back from payPal today from the scammer. Ordered a preloved replacement Autel MaxiTPMS TS508WF TPMS Relearn Tool in a soft case off Mercari for $168.39 to the door. My days of depending on the tire store to rob me $80-$90 each time a sensor goes out are over. Now I verify if a battery is bad, pop a bead and rsplace or verify if the sensor needs to be cloned or added to the truck via the OBD.

Thanks to @DJPoertsch for sharing the really inexpensive technology to keep these trucks out of the shop.
