Yes, but I think you have to swap the grill as well(?)

HD hood swap is pretty popular on this generation. Some guys here have done it...I can't recall who at the moment. Maybe @Tonyrodz ?

Only an HD hood from 00-02 will work. After that it's the cat eye frontend, so the cut outs for the headlights will be different.
