I've been dealing with this myself. For a while I was getting a p1516 and p2135. For a while wasn't able to really go for more than a day or two without a reduced power incident. It would usually happen during engine while driving with the engine warming up. Bumps never really seemed to effect it.

A few weeks ago I reworked the ground connections on the back of the engine. The frequency of reduced power incidents has decreased to maybe a time a or two a week. P1516 was the first code to return, but did get a p0120, p0220 and p2135. I've been putting findings into chatgpt and it's suggesting throttle body replacement.

Yes, got it fixed, The mechanic was focusing on the Throttle body, and replaced around 3 (all used) but was still giving the error and same behavior.
So he called in a specialist or a electrician to check this issue, and that guy figured there are some wiring issues, (shorts in the wires) so he fixed it. (didt replace with new ones, but soldered it).
Also we replace with a repaired Alternator as it was giving "service battery charging" warning
