help with stock speaker wiring

i did a stupid thing when installing my stereo and cut some wires that i didn't think were needed. turns out i cut the ones to the rear speakers and now need to go back in and reconnect them. can someone tell me what color the wires are for the rear speakers? also...since i hacked this one up pretty good, where can i get a new harness so that i can splice it in?
