The stock TYC replacements I got were identical to the old originals. Adjuster screws were 15 mm Torx head. Screwdriver-style Torx driver or Torx bit on socket extension.
Easy adjustments.
I didn't even do the measure/tape thing. Totally eye-balled. I was close enough for RMV inspector to tell me height was close enough to not require any further adjustments.
Update: TYC stock replacements were excellent quality and put out good light beam pattern like factory original. A few rain events and weekly car washes... No moisture issues. Nice and clear! Highly recommend, if keeping stock.
