Ha ha, that's the way it came. Only thing I've added was a Double Din Kenwood DDX470. I do personally like the OEM grille and headlights better, but for $4000 I'm not complaining!

So as some of you may know, may truck was keyed a couple of weeks ago so i decided to go ahead and do a few mods while it was getting paint.
Mods include hd hood, de-mold and de-badge, smooth rear vents, and esky roof rack. Unforunately the roof rack was lost in shipping but everything else turned out nicely.

what all did you have
to do to make that hood fit? thanks and nice truck

Bodyshop did all the work for me, but basically just cut the hood to fit around the gmc headlights.
They spent a lot of time on it but it was the first one they had done. Said it wouldn't be so bad the next time around

@nmsyukon could you post a picture of the underside of the hood? Where they cut and modified the hood for the GMC lights. Just picked up my HD hood tonight and want to be sure I'm doing it correctly.
