Escalade bumper question

Forgive me if this has been posted already but what are those rivet looking things along the bottom edge of the Escalade rear bumpers? They kind of make the bumper look unfinished.
Perhaps they are nozzles for the laser beams, smoke screens and oil slicks? How cool would that be? Just saying...

Oh man they're sensors? Lol. Now I feel like I just asked a fat woman if she was pregnant. For 80 large you would think they could incorporate sensors without it standing out like the bolts in Frankenstein neck.

All cars with parking sensors look like that though. Even cars with front snesors

I agree, not the nicest looking but damn they do their job nicely
