I know I saw this and I think it was traced to the memory controller. My 07 Denali only does this when my wife hits her preset now it’s stuck for 5’1” woman and I’m 6’2”. Anyone recall this? I’m headed out now to dive in looking for codes and fuses. She’s no longer allowed to drive it. Happy Fathers Day All.

Update:fuses for memory seat and driver panel/remote both good. Checked ground on B pillar also good. No codes battery cables and all grounds solid. Connector under seat solid.

get in and set the seat, pedals and mirrors how you want it then press and hold in preset 1 until you hear it beep, that will reset preset 1 and preset 2 will stay the same as it is unless you change it also

Sorry I didn’t explain that well. The seat won’t move at all using the switches on the side or the presets. Hard to believe all 3 motors went bad at once along with the pedals.

If your truck has the easy entry feature, try setting that in the DIC and see if the seat moves when you unlock with the remote.

Thanks. Tried several combinations of turning exit seating off/on memory seats off/on locking and unlocking with no change. The only thing I didn’t reset was factory settings.

Disconnect the seat power (and/or remove the seat) and power it independently. See if it will move without the controller. It should, if the motors and switches are good.

Thanks gave it a go and no luck. Tried disconnecting seat, which is a PITA with seat all the way down, tried disconnect battery no luck. Do y’all know where the memory module is? I’m going to try disconnecting the wires to the memory buttons for the heck of it. Know any manual methods to move seat without screwing it up?

Mine has been acting up too. Sometimes the seat won't go back upon exit and won't come forward and pressing the memory buttons does nothing. Other times it works just fine. Code comes up B2375 5A and B2375 06 which is for the Horizontal Position Sensor for the left seat. Last time I looked, that was part of the Memory Seat Module (MSM) (don't remember for sure) and that thing is embedded inside the driver's seat. Needless to say with summer here, I'm not touching it until the weather cools.

Manual controls work and we tested the connector and it was fine as well. I wonder if the movement or people's feet causes a loose connection?

Checked your grounds?

if it’s the same one the ground is on the B pillar about 8 inches off the floor and it looks good I didn’t check under hood fuses or relays or the others Wes mentioned. Will do this morning. Thanks

if it’s the one I saw on the B pillar it looked great but I didn’t notice the junction box Wes mentioned so I’ll double check. Thanks

Thanks James, I’m on the other end with it stuck all the way down and forward so even getting to the front bolts is a bear. Going to try some things this morning and I’ll report back. Does anyone know if there’s a way to manually move the seat?

Use external 12v source to power the motors individually.

A Tech-2 might do it or make up some wires with (alligator clips?) out to the battery and power the motors direct like Chris mentioned.
