custom cadillac logo block off

So a fellow coworker has an escalade. He installed a kenwood double din with nav and no longer needed the disc changer. He removed it and sold it and needed something to fill the hole so I made him something custom. Sorry I didn't take any progress pics but I can tell you how I did it if needed.

i know exactly where its going i have a NBS console and on the back of it is a empty slot so im figureing there but now idk if i want GMC,yukon or z71 but this is definitly happening

Ok ill figure something out about a tutorial. I don't think I have to make another one right now to tale step by step pics. I haven't found anywhere in the wifes tahoe where she needs anything like it. Ill figure out something though

yes when i bought it , did not come with them no use for it anyways since its in my OBS its just painted clear plastic right? and a LED behind it? im thinking red or blue to match my interior

Yeah its clear plexi sanded to he opaque, applied a sticker then painted it black, removed the sticker then mounted some leds behind it. With this one I took a dash kit pocket and cut it down to about three inches deep and glued it behind the logo with less mounted inside it. Kinda like a shadow box

Thanks guys foe the love, don I've got some extra plexi that I played with today. My sticker guy is supposed to be making me a Z71 sticker within a few days. Ill do a tutorial on one that will fit your console. If you want it when I'm done then we can talk price.
