Perfect. Just take your parts off and to the to shop. you need to consider something, as it stands now, almost everyone of our vehicles may now need to have the frame/ARM mounts punched to accept a camper/caster bolt kit for a good alignment after 12 plus years of road use. If you need this done they will have to disconnect the control arms again after you put it back together. May add cost to work. Just an FYI.

the uppers in mine are virtually nonexistent at this point. if i need to have a shop press them i have another vehicle i can drive there and have it pressed

This is what my uppers all looked like, there is no reason to get a press for that. My shells were fine. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say yours are too.
