it still lights up so I don't know if it really blew. the gauges, info on the DIC, and the gear select aren't working

scanned it with my autel and nothing showed up even though the abs light is on

Hmmm. Does your Autel read Chassis(Brake) and BCM codes? If the ABS light comes on, there are codes stored. While I'm no expert, I have not seen a light come on without codes stored somewhere.

Just for fun try smacking the top of the fuse box a couple times and see if the cluster comes back to life, reason being it worked for me albeit after the fuse box had been moved a hair, and it worked for another person with a similar issue, others have not reported back but there are a lot of pins under the fuse box that can get corroded or have a poor connection apparently some of these affect the cluster. so just an idea to try.
