2017 Yukon XL Denali. 22’s. Looking for brake upgrades including color calipers. Found a few but unsure if any better than what is on truck now. Anyone have any advice?

I’ve got the Wilwoods as well. Fronts are installed and backs are waiting for the safety wire tool to be delivered so I can secure the hat bolts. Love the fronts so far. Big improvement over stock...especially if you actually have to use them.

I did the Wilwoods BBK as well and when I saw the instructions for using safety wire I got ahold of them. They told me they had to do that because the brakes are race rated and that's a track requirement. For the street, you can just loctite and torque them. Just an FYI in case you get frustrated trying to wire them. You can ask Wilwood yourself if you like. Safety wire will only keep the bolts from falling onto the street or track, they won't keep the bolts tight. Nothing else on our trucks has safety wire lol.

Good to know. Actually Great to know. Ordered the tool (which I’ll likely never use again) and started last night. One rotor and hat done last night. Might as well finish the other one today. It’s fun to tinker.
